Workspace Group PLC (the "Company" or "Workspace Group")

Blocklisting Application

Application has been made to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 1,906,469 ordinary shares of 100p each in the Company (the 'Shares') by way of a block listing, subject to future issues of shares under the below employee share schemes.
