                      WORKSPACE APPOINTS OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Workspace Group PLC, ('Workspace') the leading provider of flexible business
accommodation to small and medium sized enterprises in London, today announces
the appointment of Chris Pieroni as Operations Director.

Chris, aged 49, joins Workspace from KMPG where he was a Corporate Finance
Director in the Real Estate Group. Chris was a non-Executive Director at
Workspace between 2000 and 2006. Chris will join Workspace in early October.

Tony Hales, Chairman of Workspace, commented,

replace Maddy Carragher. He knows Workspace extremely well as he served as a
