WORKSPace group plc

appointment of new non-executive director

The Board of Workspace Group PLC, London's leading provider of space to new and growing companies, today announces that Dr Maria Moloney will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from Tuesday 22 May 2012.

She was previously on the Board of the Belfast Harbour Commissioners, the Industrial Development Board and Northern Ireland Transport Holdings.  She was also the Northern Ireland Representative on the UK's Independent Television Commission and has served on the Board of the University of Ulster Foundation.  Maria is currently a Director of the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland in Dublin. There is no further information which falls to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
