Workspace Group PLC announces that Graham Clemett, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has reduced his beneficial holding of ordinary shares of £1 each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') by selling 300,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 566.912p per share on 12 February 2014 to fund a house purchase.
Following the transaction, Graham Clemett remains the beneficial holder of 106,657 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
