Announcement regarding

Gareth Owen, Chairman

The Board of Wynnstay, the agriculture and retail group, announces with great sadness the death of its Chairman, Gareth Owen. Gareth joined the Board in 1985, becoming Vice-chairman and latterly Chairman in 2012.  He made a significant contribution to the successful development of the Group and was a much respected colleague and friend.  The Board would like to place on record its appreciation of Gareth's tremendous support and contribution over many years.

An announcement regarding the appointment of Gareth's successor will be made in due course.
