                          Analyst and investor seminar

Today, Xaar is hosting a seminar for analysts and investors on the future
applications for ink jet technology.  The seminar starts at 9.00 am and is being
held at Tower 42 International Financial Centre, Old Broad Street, London EC2N
1HQ.

The purpose of the seminar is to present the activities of a number of Xaar's
industrial and commercial partners and their actual and potential applications
for Xaar's ink jet technologies.  These partners are expected to contribute to
Xaar growth in the future.
