BOARD CHANGE
Xaar plc ('Xaar'), the inkjet printing technology group headquartered in
Cambridge, announces the departure of Hugh Baker-Smith, Group Sales Director,
who is leaving the group with immediate effect. The board would like to thank
him for his valuable contribution as well as to wish him well for the future.
The company has identified a replacement and, subject to finalisation of the
individual's notice period, expects to make a further announcement by the end of
February.
