During the period 5 April 2012 to 11 April 2012, Ramon Borrell, Research and Development Director, acquired 11,932 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 229.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Borrell's beneficial interest in the Company is 141,731 Ordinary Shares representing 0.19 percent of the current issued share capital of the Company.
