Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was today notified that on 9 June 2011, Ian Dinwoodie, Chief Executive of the Company, sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 259.46747p per Ordinary Share following the exercise of options over 100,000 Ordinary Shares prior to their expiry in 2012.

Following this transaction, Mr Dinwoodie's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 197,327 Ordinary Shares representing 0.3 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
