The Company has been notified that on 25 June 2012, Richard Barham, Sales and Marketing Director, acquired 6,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 189.0 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Barham's beneficial interest in the Company is 6,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
