NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

The Company was notified today that Ian Dinwoodie and Robert Welford have today
exercised options and sold shares in the market.

Ian Dinwoodie has exercised options over 50,000 shares at 88p per share and sold
same in the market at 330p per share. Robert Welford has exercised options over
40,000 shares at 27p per share and sold same in the market at 330p per share.
