Investment Management Limited, informing it that Framlington as investment
managers hold for investment purposes only 7,521,056 ordinary shares
representing 12.60% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The shares are registered in the name of HSBC Nominees Limited and State Street
Nominees Limired.
