The Company received a notification yesterday from The Throgmorton Trust PLC,
informing it that following a sale of 583,550 shares on the 9 April 2003 they
have a notifiable interest in 3,606,206 ordinary shares, representing 6.04% of
the issued share capital of the Company.

The shares are registered in the name of HSBC Global Custody Nominees (UK)
