Management Limited, informing it that Framlington as investment managers, hold
for investment purposes only 4,844,649 ordinary shares, representing 8.11% of
the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The shares are registered in the name of HSBC Nominees Limited and State Street
Nominees Limited.
