Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification today from Schroder Investment Management
Limited, on behalf of itself and affiliated companies informing it that they
continue to have an interest in the Company but it has ceased to be a notifiable
interest as it represents less that 10% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
