Services Limited informing it that as at 24 May 2004 BriTel Fund Trustees
Limited The Trustees of BT Pension Scheme had a material interest in 1,644,581
shares, representing 2.762% of the issued ordinary share capital of the company.
It therefore no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
