Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received notifications from Merrill Lynch Investment Managers
('MLIM') and Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. on behalf of itself and certain holding
companies of MLIM informing it that they have an overall aggregate interest in
6,870,251 shares representing 11.44% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
