acting as investment manager on behalf of client(s), informing it that following
a sale of 35000 shares (date or dates not specified), as at 9 February 2005, BNY
Trust Company as trustee of the MLIT UK Smaller Companies Fund, had a holding of
2,388,401 shares representing 3.97% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
