Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification on 18 February 2005, from Merrill Lynch &
Co., Inc, on behalf of itself and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, and certain
holding companies, informing it that they have an overall aggregate interest in
7,793,362 shares representing 12.95% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
