Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification on 23 March 2005, from Merrill Lynch & Co.,
Inc, on behalf of itself and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers Ltd, and certain
holding companies, informing it that they have an overall aggregate interest in
7,443,362 shares representing 12.379% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
