The Company received a notification from Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc, on behalf of
itself and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers Ltd, and certain holding companies,
informing it that they have an overall aggregate interest in 6,399,524 shares
representing 10.56% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
