Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification from M&G Investment Management Limited,
informing it that following changes in the Corporate Structure of Prudential
plc, the attributable ownership for some funds currently managed by Prudential
plc and Group Companies has changed. As a result, the following companies no
longer have a Notifiable interest in the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.

M&G Group Limited
M&G Limited

The total interest of Prudential plc in the voting shares of the company remains
unchanged, at 6,454,770 shares representing 10.66% of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
