Notification of Major Interests in Shares

Notification in accordance with Section 198 - 202 of the Companies Act 1985

The Company received a notification today from Merrill Lynch Investment Managers
Limited, on behalf Merrill Lynch Investment Managers Group Limited, and certain
subsidiaries, informing it that they have an overall aggregate interest in
6,117,409 shares representing 10.00% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital of which 396,703 shares are a beneficial interest.
