                              Director Resignation

XP announces the resignation of Paul Christiansen from its board of directors
with immediate effect. Paul was Chairman of XPiQ Inc. and XP-ForeSight Inc. and
was responsible for marketing in North America. His responsibilities will be
re-distributed amongst the management team.

Larry Tracey said 'After 15 years with XP-ForeSight Paul has decided to step
down in order to spend more time with his family. We are grateful for his
contribution to the business and wish him well for the future'.
