Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Xpediator (AIM: XPD), a leading provider of freight management services across the UK and Central and Eastern Europe  announces  that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has been posted to shareholders.

The AGM will be held at 700 Avenue West, Skyline 120, Great Notley, Braintree, Essex, CM77 7AA and via Investor Meet Company ("IMC") at 11.00 a.m. on 9 June 2022.
