BOARD CHANGES
Succession of Non-Executive Chairman
The Board of eXpansys plc ('eXpansys' or the 'Company') announces that Barry Roberts will step down as Chairman of the Company at the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') being held today at 10.00 hours on 21 October 2008 to pursue other interests.
Graham Dawber, who joined the Board of eXpansys as a Non-Executive Director in April 2007, will assume the role of Acting Chairman at the AGM.
Roger Butterworth, Chief Executive of eXpansys, said: 'On behalf of everyone at eXpansys, I welcome Graham as our new Chairman. The business has changed significantly in the testing period following flotation and Graham's skills are highly suited to our needs at this time.
