The Company was informed that Mark Nichols, a non-executive  director
of the Company, purchased 1,600,000 ordinary shares in the Company at
a price of 0.625p per share on 6 March 2009.  Following this purchase
his total  holding  in  the Company  is  2,270,000  ordinary  shares,
representing approximately 0.3% of  the current issued share  capital
of the Company.
