Board Change

Further to its announcement on 22 February 2010, YouGov plc, the international online market research agency, announced today that as expected Nadhim Zahawi has now stepped down from the role of Joint Chief Executive Officer of the Company, following a handover period, and that Stephan Shakespeare is now the sole Chief Executive Officer. Nadhim Zahawi will, as also previously announced, remain a non-executive director of the Company and will immediately resign from the Board if he is elected as a Member of Parliament at the forthcoming General Election.
