YouGov, the international online research and data analytics group, announces that it was notified on 08 December 2022 that Roger Parry, Non-Executive Chair, had sold 15,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £9.80 per Ordinary Share.

As a result of the transaction, which is detailed in the below table, Mr. Parry is beneficially interested in 100,471 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.09% of the Company's issued share capital.
