YouGov plc ('the Company')
The Company announces that, on 13 December 2005, it approved the granting of
options to Katherine Lee, Chief Financial Officer to subscribe for a total of
140,000 ordinary shares in the Company under the terms of the Company's Approved
and Unapproved Share Option Plans. 58,650 of the ordinary shares are exercisable
at 170.5 pence per share under the approved scheme and 81,350 of the ordinary
shares are exercisable at 147.5 pence per share under the unapproved scheme. All
options are exercisable between 13 December 2005 and 31 October 2008.
The ordinary shares referred to above are ordinary shares of 1 pence per share.
The options granted to Katherine Lee represent in total 1.05% of the current
issued share capital of the Company.
