Director Resignation
Zambeef (AIM: ZAM), the fully integrated retailer, with operations in Zambia, Nigeria and Ghana, announces the resignation of Tim Pollock, Joint Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective 31st May 2018.
Mr Pollock is resigning for personal reasons, and will be returning to the United Kingdom to focus on the development of his agricultural investment business, AgCap Limited.
Francis Grogan, currently Joint Chief Executive Officer, will, from 1st June 2018, lead the Company as sole Chief Executive Officer.
Zambeef Chairman, Dr. Jacob Mwanza, commented: "The Board wishes to thank Tim for his dedication and contribution to the Company since September 2016, and wishes him well in his future endeavours."

The Zambeef Group is one of the largest integrated cold chain food producers in Zambia, involved in the production, processing, distribution and retailing of beef, chicken, pork, milk, eggs, dairy products, fish, flour and stock feed.
