Vane Minerals PLC 04 October 2007 4th October 2007 VANE Minerals Plc (AIM:VML) ('VANE' or the 'Company') Non-Executive Director Resignation VANE announces that it has today accepted the resignation of its Non-Executive Chairman, Michael Spriggs, who leaves the board with immediate effect. Michael is leaving the Company for personal reasons and intends now to spend more time with his family in France. VANE is actively seeking a replacement who will fit well with its expansion into the North American markets and believes this gives the Company an opportunity to strengthen the board with this in mind.
