Under the FSA Disclosure and Transparency rules DTR 5, the following information
falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified on 14 March 2007 that Barclays PLC, through its
subsidiary Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd, holds 8,710,112 Ordinary Shares in the
Company with effect from 6 March 2007, representing 5.92% of the Company's total
voting rights.

The Company confirms that it now has a total number of 147,143,823 Ordinary
shares in issue and total number of 147,143,823 voting rights.
