Board changes

 

Zinc Media Group plc (AIM: ZIN), the award-winning television, brand and audio production group, announce today the resignation of Nicholas Taylor as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, after serving on the Board for seven years, effective from 30 November 2024.

Following Nick's resignation, the Board are pleased to announce the appointment of Kathryn Herrick as an independent Non-Executive Director from 1 October 2024 following a thorough search using ISP advisors. Kathryn will replace Nick as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee allowing a full transition to take place during his notice period.

Kathryn has considerable public markets and commercial experience, previously acting as Chief Financial Officer for Creston PLC as well as Vice President of Finance for Europe, Middle East and Africa at Equinix Inc and WPP Group plc. Currently Kathryn acts as Group CFO at Jones Knowles Ritchie, the global branding and design agency. Kathryn is a chartered accountant having qualified at PwC.

She brings with her extensive financial and commercial experience having worked at WPP Group PLC, Creston PLC and Equinix Inc (NASDAQ 100) as well as broader experience in organic growth and M&A. She will add great value to the Board."
