KAZOO3D ANNOUNCES ALLIANCE WITH LEADING
US PHOTO SHARING WEBSITE
Kazoo3D signs partnership agreement with ememories.com
Kazoo3D plc (LSE: KZO), the online 3D software and content specialist, today
announces that it has entered into a partnership agreement with ememories.com,
the world's premier online photo-sharing website. Latest figures from PC Data
Online, show that ememories recorded over two million unique visitors in
October, making it the most visited photo sharing website in the US.
Under the agreement, ememories.com will promote the use of the KazooStudio
software to its users. It will also carry a downloadable branded version of
the KazooStudio software on its homepage, as well as links to the Kazoo3D
website (www.kazoo3d.com), where users can purchase original and licensed 3D
models, including the recently licensed characters from the Universal Pictures
and Imagine Entertainment live-action comedy Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole
Christmas. This partnership will significantly enhance awareness of
KazooStudio in the fast growing digital imaging market and will make the
software available to millions of targeted potential users.
Commenting on the agreement, Stuart Green, Chief Executive of Kazoo3D said:
'This is a great partnership deal for Kazoo3D and puts our KazooStudio
software on the world's leading photo sharing website, reaching several
million potential users. All the research indicates that digital photography
is a huge potential market for us. Online photo sharing websites are a key
channel to this community and are already widespread in the US and starting to
grow in Europe. Today's announcement builds on the existing relationships we
already have with Adobe Systems, Hewlett Packard and several other leading US
photo sharing websites, and is a further step towards reaching our goal of
putting KazooStudio on the desktops of as many potential users as possible.'
Today's announcement is in line with Kazoo3D's strategy of achieving cost
effective rapid market penetration for its KazooStudio 3D software platform
amongst significant end user communities in selected target markets. The
partnership is based on a revenue sharing formula linked to purchases made by
ememories.com users at the www.kazoo3d.com website.
KazooStudio enables users to incorporate 3D models into digital photos,
position them at any angle and transform them using painting and lighting
options. From here, they can share their 3D enhanced KazooPictures with
friends and family via email, order printed copies of the photographs, create
customised greetings cards and gifts, or even upload them directly to photo
sharing albums on the web.
