Kazoo3D plc: Connected Party Shareholding

On 5 October 2000 LightWork Design Limited acquired 50,000 Ordinary Shares of
0.2 pence each from Tecnolinc Limited of Japan at a price of 54 pence per
Ordinary Share.

LightWork Design Limited is connected to Dr Richard Gordon Oliver and Dr
Stuart Anthony Green, for the purposes of section 346 of the Companies Act
1985 as Dr Oliver and Dr Green are interested in at least one fifth of the
share capital of LightWork Design Limited.

Kazoo3D plc was notified of this transaction on 5 October 2000.
