                       ZOO AGREES CONTRACT WITH WALT DISNEY


ZOOtech Ltd ('ZOOtech'), the DVD technology division of ZOO Digital Group plc,
today announced it has signed a contract with Walt Disney Pictures and
Television ('WDPT') to license its unique DVD authoring software DVD-EXTRA
STUDIO for the application of 'Menu Regionalisation' for new and existing film
titles. The deal is expected to generate revenues for ZOO in excess of $1m over
the next year.
