                            Director's Shareholding


The Company was notified on 10 April 2008, of the purchase on 10 April 2008 by
Dr Stuart Green, Director and Chief Executive of the Company, of 100,000
ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the share capital of the Company ('Shares')
at a price of 17 pence per Share. As a consequence, Dr Green's shareholding in
the Company, including family interests, is 2,846,502 Shares representing 15.89
per cent. of the existing share capital of the Company.
