ZOO Digital Group plc ('the Company' or 'ZOO')
Director Shareholding and Holding in Company
The Company announces that on 16 February 2006 Ian Stewart, Non-Executive
Director of ZOO, acquired 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of
3.75p per share. Following this transaction Ian Stewart's total shareholding in
the Company has increased to 60,537,155 ordinary shares, representing 19.07% of
the current issued share capital of ZOO.
The Company also announces that it received notification on 16 February 2006
that, as at 15 February 2006, Man Financial Limited had a beneficial interest of
12,483,017 ordinary shares in the Company representing 3.93% of the current
issued share capital of ZOO.
The shares referred to in the announcement are the issued ordinary shares of 0.2
pence each in the Company.
