('ZOO' or the 'Company')
Board Changes
The Company has made a number of changes to the structure of its board, which
will take effect from 29th September 2006.
As detailed in the circular posted to shareholders of the Company on 4 September
2006, John Barnes has stepped down from the Board as Chairman and a
non-executive director of the Company in order that he can pursue other business
interests. Dr. Christopher Honeyborne (presently a Non-Executive Director of the
Company) will assume the role of Chairman of the Company.
Helen Gilder has been appointed as Group Finance Director and Company Secretary
of the Company. Helen Gilder qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PKF in
September 1991 and has worked as Group Financial Controller for the Company
since 2000. Robert Deri (presently Finance Director of the Company) will remain
on the Board as Executive Director responsible for corporate strategy.
Matt Taylor has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Matt
is a partner in Foresight Venture Partners and a non-executive director of 4
AIM-quoted and private companies.
Further details as required under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules are contained
in Appendix One to this announcement.
