Grant of options
ZOO, the provider of software and software-led services for the filmed entertainment market, is pleased to make the following announcement concerning the granting of options to employees of the Group.
On 1 December 2010 a total of 62,334 options over ordinary shares in the Company of 15p each ("the "Options") were granted to employees. The Options are exercisable at 53.5p per share (being the closing mid-price on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange plc on 30 November 2010) and are exerciseable as follows:
· 40 per cent. of the Options are exerciseable after 1 December 2011;
· A further 30 per cent. of the Options are exerciseable after 1 December 2012; and
· The remaining 30 per cent. of the Options are exerciseable after 1 December 2013.
None of the Options were granted to directors of the Company. Subsequent to the grant of the Options, the total number of options over ordinary shares of the Company still outstanding is 2,950,033, representing 12.4% of the issued share capital of the Company.
