ZOO Digital Group plc, a world-leading provider of cloud-based localisation and digital distribution services to the global entertainment industry, announces that it was informed on 18 July 2019 that on that date, Dr Nick Foster, husband of Gillian Wilmot, Chairman of the Company, purchased 1,517 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 65.55 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transaction, Gillian's beneficial holding (including those held by her husband) is 1,517 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.002% of the issued share capital of the Company.
