                       Statement re possible fundraising

The Company notes that information has been publicly disseminated which alludes
to the Company undertaking a possible fundraising exercise to raise £3 million.
The Company confirms that it is considering raising approximately £3 million
through a placing although has yet to determine a price for this placing.

A further announcement containing full details of the proposed fundraising will
be made as soon as possible.
