                         Zotefoams Plc ('the Company')

                               Additional Listing

Application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for the additional listing of 459,793 ordinary shares of 5p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be
admitted to the Official List upon issuance. The above mentioned Ordinary Shares
will be issued pursuant to the Company's Employee Benefit Trust. All of the
Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of
the Company. It is anticipated that the shares will commence trading on 29
November 2007.
