The Company announces that on 27 March 2006 the following directors have been
granted options over ordinary 5p shares of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') as
set out below. The options were all granted for consideration of £1 and all the
options have an exercise price of 80.5p per Ordinary Share. The options are only
exercisable in the event that the Company achieves certain performance criteria.
