                            Directors' Shareholdings

The Company was notified today that Dr Fairservice, the Company's Chairman,
bought 9,671 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 28
March 2006 at a price of 81.25p per Ordinary Share for 4,847 shares and 81.75p
for 4,824 shares. Following this purchase, Dr Fairservice is interested in
1,010,423 Ordinary Shares representing 2.79 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital.
