Zotefoams is pleased to announce that David Campbell has joined the Board with
effect from today as a non-executive director.  He will be a member of the
Audit, Nominations and Remuneration Committees.


David, aged 56, spent over 30 years working for British Vita Plc and was its
Chief Executive from 2001 to 2005.  He is also a non-executive director of
Fenner PLC, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange.


The following information has been notified to the Company by David Campbell and
is disclosed in accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 (1-6) of the Listing Rules of
the UK Listing Authority:

No further details regarding Mr Campbell are required to be disclosed under
paragraph 9.6.13 (1-6) of the Listing rules of the UK Listing Authority


Zotefoams will announce its preliminary financial results for the year ended 31
December 2006 on 6 March 2007.
