Directorate Changes

 

Zotefoams, a world leader in cellular materials technology, is pleased to announce the appointments of Catherine Wall and Alison Fielding as non-executive directors of the Company, both with effect from 14 May 2020. Alison and Catherine will join the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

Catherine is a non-executive Director and Chair of Audit at Mobeus Income and Growth VCT plc. She has 30 years' experience in the private equity industry, primarily with Equistone Partners Europe, where she led numerous management buyouts and later became UK Portfolio Partner supervising the management of all the business' UK investments. Catherine has extensive industrial markets and non-executive director experience, working with and helping develop many management teams to deliver ambitious growth plans.  

Alison is a non-executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Nanoco plc and Maven Income and Growth VCT plc and a non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Getech plc. Alison spent 13 years with IP Group plc as Chief Technology Officer, Chief Operating Officer and latterly as Director of Strategy and IP Impact and brings extensive investment, strategy development and execution experience in fast growing, science based businesses. She has a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Glasgow University.

Zotefoams also announces that Angela Bromfield, non-executive Director, will not seek re-election as a director of the Company at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 13 May 2020 and shall retire from the board on that date. Alison Fielding will succeed Angela Bromfield as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.  

Commenting on the appointments and Angela's departure, Steve Good, Chair of the Company said:

There are no further matters to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
