Limited, that, following a sale of 100,000 of the Company's ordinary 5p shares
('Ordinary Shares') on 29 June 2004, Acorn Income Fund Limited ('Acorn') is
interested in 2,450,260 Ordinary Shares. This holding represents 6.76 per cent.
of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
