The Company was notified on 26 February 2007 by Deutsche Bank AG London that,
Deutsche Bank AG and its subsidiary companies are interested in a total of
2,930,777 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'),
representing approximately 8.07 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital.
These Ordinary Shares are registered under DWS Investment GmbH.
